Can I return multiple items in one box?
Some items must go to different facilities. If you receive multiple labels, be sure to use the correct label for each item. This is required for your return to be processed successfully. You’ll still pay the return fee only once per order when using our labels.. My label is missing or expired / I don't have a printer - what do I do?
Check your email (including Spam/Junk). If needed, restart the return from your order details or check out our self service options to resend the label. If you don’t have a printer, UPS can scan the mobile barcode and print it for you. Defective, damaged, or wrong items
Please report within 45 days of the delivery date in order to be eligible for a return. How do gift returns work?
Gifts can be returned for an e-gift card (emailed to you). We’ll request your name/email, the purchaser’s name/email, and the items you’re returning, then send a return label. Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are currently not available, but our simple returns process makes reordering easy.
